Ladonna Antoine heads to her second Olympic Games looking to improve on a
23rd place finish in the 400-metre race at the 1996 Olympics. At the
national championships and Olympic trials in August, the two-time world
championship team member reclaimed her Canadian title in the 400. She also
earned a first career crown in the 200 sprint.
In 1996 she was named Utah State University's female athlete of the year.
