Jim Fisher has been a Canadian Team Member since the age of 19. In the past two years, he finished in the top ten eight times at national and internations cycling meets, including second-places results at the 1999 National Kilo Championships and the 1999 EDS Track Cup. Fisher often races with Doug Baron and Lars Madsen.
