Backstreet Boys concert plans

The Backstreet Boys have launched their 1999 assault on the concert going public. No less than 99 shows this year will ensure that anyone who wants to will be able to see the Florida based quintet.

First out of the gate is the European tour, currently under way. Comprised of 43 shows spanning the continent, the tour began June 2 in Ghent, Belgium.

The tour is set to cover six European countries including England, a long time supporter of the Backstreet Boys.

Shortly after the completion of the European tour August 7 in Stockholm, the band will take a short break and head to North American for a series of dates set to commence September 19 in Miami. The North American tour will last 56 dates and end December 1.
