Britney Spears, a.k.a. the princess of pop, was in the middle of a hectic European tour earlier this fall to promote her latest album "Oops!...I Did It Again," when she sat down in Berlin, Germany, to answer AllPop's questions.

AllPop: What was the first song you ever performed in front of an audience?

Britney: I don't even remember. It was probably a traditional song which I performed in school, but it was so long ago that I have forgotten!

AllPop: What is the one question you wish interviewers would stop asking you, and why?

Britney: There is not really any question. So many of the questions are repeated that I don't have problems with any one in particular.

AllPop: When can fans expect a follow-up to "Oops", and what can they expect from it?

Britney: Wow. Well, I'm just releasing the third single, which is "Stronger", so I don't know when the next album will come out. I still feel like this album is fresh, so I want to keep touring to support it. I'm currently on my first tour of Europe, so it's very exciting.

AllPop: In a university-level pop culture class 100 years in the future, a section of the class text book is devoted to you. What do you hope the chapter says was your greatest triumph?

Britney: Probably to be the youngest female to achieve a #1 album and #1 single.

Also, hopefully people will remember me for great songs.

AllPop: Finish this sentence found in the futuristic text book: "At the age of 60, Britney Spears retired from showbiz and spent her free time ..."

Britney: With her kids, grandkids and several dogs on a ranch in Louisiana!

AllPop: If you weren't an entertainer, you'd consider a career in ?

Britney: I'd probably be a grade-school teacher like my mom.

AllPop: You're offered the lead role in three major films: "Dirty Dancing 2," "American Pie 2," and a remake of "Gone With The Wind". Which role would you pick, and why?

Britney: Probably none of the above.

AllPop: Will fans be seeing you in "Grease 3" with *Nsync?

Britney: No, those were just rumours. I will definitely not be in the new version of "Grease".

AllPop: If you could change anything about your lifestyle, what would it be?

Britney: I would probably try to not be so hard working and devote more time to my family.

AllPop: What was the very first extravagance you indulged in when your career took off? (Example: an article of clothing? jewelry?)

Britney: I bought a white Mercedes convertible back home in Louisiana last year. It's sad that I'm never home to drive it!

AllPop: You have a chance to address a room full of people who have spread false rumours about you. What do you say?

Britney: Stop making up stories to sell papers.

AllPop: You meet your absolute, number 1 fan, who wants to know if you can give him or her advice about getting into the music business. What do you say to him/her ?

Britney: Keep trying, and hold on to your dreams.

AllPop: What charitable cause are you most interested in supporting, and why?

Britney: The Britney Spears Foundation, which provides free arts education to financially underprivileged kids. I spent some time with the kids this summer at a camp in upstate NY, and it was a great and rewarding experience.
