Scary's expensive divorce

Mel B's (Scary Spice) separation from her husband Jimmy Gulzar might cost the Spice Girl more than a broken heart.

Mel is reportedly offering Jimmy $1.62 million in a divorce settlement but that isn't enough for him, Reuters reports.

The Daily Mirror reported that Jimmy thinks he's deserves more of Mel's multimillion dollar fortune.

"Jimmy is no fool, he knows what he's owed," a friend of the couple said.

The flamboyant Spice Girl might have suspected divorce problems which would explain why she secretly started consulting lawyers a month ago.

Jimmy and Mel were married for 16 months before the relationship came to an end this New Year's. The two met when Jimmy was a dancer on a Spice Girls tour.
