New Spice single
Just when you think the Spice Girls have left the music world for good, they give their fans a snippet of information about a new album.
Mel C (Sporty Spice) is saying that "Let Love Lead The Way," a ballad, will be the girls' new single. It's scheduled for release in August, Dotmusic reports.
"It's just about love conquering all, really. Highs and lows, happy times and sad times - it's about life," Mel told Heat Magazine about the single.
Mel went on to say that she and the other girls are proud of the new album, which is expected to be released in September.
"People keep expecting rubbish from the Spice Girls, but the Spice Girls are never gonna give rubbish."
Earlier this year, AllPop spoke with Chase Aston, the Spice Girls' make-up artist who said that their first single would be "Holler Holler" but maybe the girls don't tell their make-up man absolutely everything.
