Posh wants more kids
Posh Spice is planning for a big family.
Victoria Beckham, whose first son Brooklyn is just over a year old, said that she and her soccer star husband David Beckham plan on having more children despite the kidnap threats that plague her family, The London Sun reports.
"Nothing will put me off having more children - I want at least three more," she said.
Victoria told The Sun that she and David have hired a bodyguard, who lives with them and escorts them when they go out.
"I think it's sad that wherever Brooklyn goes he has to have a bodyguard with him, but every mother will do whatever it takes to protect their child."
Victoria went on to say that she and David will probably wait at least a year before having more children.
"We've bought a huge house, and I want to fill it with children. I've always been in a family where there's loads of people round the dinner table and the telly's on in the background, and I want to create the same kind of atmosphere."
In more Spice news, Mel B's divorce is about to be finalized, Q online reports.
Mel says her divorce from dancer Jimmy Gulzar should be complete in three months.
"It was actually a relief," she told Q. "It's cost me a lot of money - too much - but as long as he's out, gone."
Mel and Jimmy met when Jimmy was a dancer during the Spice Girls world tour. They married while Mel was pregnant with their daughter, Phoenix Chi.
They broke up on New Year's Eve after many arguments. Mel is now dating actor Max Beesley, although she said she isn't considering marriage.
"I can tell you this much, I'll never rush into it again."
But Mel's life hasn't been all heartbreak lately. The Spice Girl won an EMMA Award on Monday night, the BBC reports.
The EMMA (Ethnic Minority Media Awards) was for Public Figure of the year, and the Spice Girl was up against important political and business people.
Mel won the award for her work with Blackliners, an AIDS charity.
"My voice is shaking. I am actually quite shocked," she told BBC Radio 1. "I had absolutely no idea, and I said to my sister 'Is this a wind up or something? It's unbelievable'. But I feel very proud that people, y'know, think I'm worthwhile listening to and my opinions are good. This one is obviously a lot more personal because it's just me by myself. I feel shocked. Thank you everybody, for choosing me."
