Victoria Beckham's wedding head-piece was "too tacky" to sell.

Posh Spice's diamond covered wedding crown is valued at $266,882 (Cdn) and was donated by Slim Barret (who made the crown) to an online sale to raise funds for the British Red Cross, Dotmusic reports.

But, Posh's headpiece was sold for $93,586 by the president of an internet company for his wife but the gift wasn't appreciated.

"She thought it was too tacky and told her husband to take it back. At 11am this morning the tiara was returned," said an insider.
