Posh Spice to become Charlie's Angel
By RICHARD JOHN -- AllPop
She didn't get the role in the new James Bond film, but that isn't stopping Posh Spice's dreams of being on the silver screen.
According to reports from the UK, Posh aka Victoria Adams is in talks to star in the big screen version of 'Charlie's Angels', being put together by Drew Barrymore. Cameron Diaz has also been tied to the project.
'Charlie's Angels' is to remain faithful to the 70s TV show about three glamorous girl private eyes who work for a mysterious boss called Charlie. Players from the original are rumoured to be putting cameos into the new version.
This isn't Adams' first foray into Charlie's Angels-dom. The Spice Girls spoofed the TV show in their 1997 movie 'Spice World'.
Dotmusic is reporting that former Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell was after the same role that Adams is being associated with, but turned it down last year.
The remaining four Spice Girls are currently working on their third album at Abbey Road Studios in London. Filming on Charlie's Angels - with or without Posh - is set to begin this fall.
