Robbie's miraculous song
"Angels" was a hit single for Robbie Williams but, more importantly, a way to communicate for a disabled boy.
The English Sun reported that a young boy suffering from cerebral palsy, only started to vocally communicate with his family after he learned to hum Robbie's single "Angels"
Four-year-old Connor Durasne, used to tell his family what he wanted by simply pointing. But, one day, he just started humming "Angels".
Now, Connor can hum Robbie's new single "She's The One," and other songs.
Grace, his mother, said he can sometimes tell her what he wants by finding the right song to hum.
"The other morning I asked him what he wanted for breakfast. I wasn't really expecting a reply but he hummed the Coco Pops advert song," she told the Sun.
Grace said her son's new ability to carry a tune has made a huge difference in his life.
"It has made such a difference to him - you can see how happy he is.
"It can be very frustrating for him not being able to make his feelings known, even though he's very good-natured."
Robbie is proud of Connor and happy his song made a difference.
"Words fail me when I hear stories such as this. It's amazingly touching. Keep at it, Connor. Be strong," Robbie told the Sun.
In more heart-warming Robbie news, the singer says he plans to start giving away a sizeable chunk of his fortune.
Robbie, whose single "She's The One/It's Only Us," is at number 1 on the U.K. charts, wants to help those less fortunate, the English Sun reported.
"I'm only 25 but I'm already in a position where I can help others," Robbie said.
"How much money does a person really need and how much can I think about giving away? I have so much I can start giving it away."
A month ago, Robbie was suggesting that he wanted to leave the music business but the music star recently said he's written about 40 songs that haven't been recorded yet.
