Lambton College is gearing up for Education Celebration 2002, its second annual open house designed to offer parents and students an opportunity to begin building a solid academic foundation for the future.
When the doors swing open on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the public will have an opportunity to gain insight into college life, and get a first-hand look at the program that fits their needs and satisfies their dreams.
The day begins with an opening ceremony at 10 a.m., and includes a vigorous schedule of activities that include tours of the campus and residence every half-hour, a performance by Lambton Lions Football cheerleaders, cooking demonstrations by hospitality and tourism management students, and an appearance by St. Christopher High School Jazz Band.
K106.3 FM will broadcast live throughout the day. There will also be a lunch special in the cafeteria.
You'll experience the energy that has established Lambton College's reputation for nationally recognized programs, world-class facilities, and graduates with skills in demand around the world.
Feel free to tour the campus, talk one-on-one to highly skilled professors, meet students, find out more about our student services, and much more.
"The Open House: Education Celebration 2002 is a unique way for students to explore Lambton College first-hand," says Cindy Buchanan, marketing and communications director.
"This is a perfect chance for us to invite our local community to visit Lambton College. With so many exciting programs right here at the Sarnia campus, we want them to get to know us."
