The sun was beaming down on me. In the background was the noise of the waves hitting the shore.
I was hired for the summer as a lifeguard in Wasaga Beach. It was an opportunity to meet new people and enjoy the outdoor excitement. It reminded me of summer camp when I was younger.
By the end of summer, you had to say goodbye to those people you had built a relationship with.
I am sharing this experience
because I had the time of my life and the experience will carry on with me for a bright future.
