Registration

Important Notice

You can join the Official Goodyear Drive For Gold Driver, Jimmy "the Iceman" MacNeil on the Zamboni as it travel through your city/town. You will not be operating the vehicle therefore a driver license is not required. Jimmy will be in control of the Zamboni at all times. You will be seated beside Jimmy in a specially designed "VIP" seat. Seat belts must be worn throughout your 1-km leg.


Sign-Up

The 1-km drives on the Zamboni will go quickly so sign up today to avoid being disappointed. You must complete the registration form in full in order for your request to be processed.
NOTE: The form will appear after you select your leg of the tour.



Confirmation

Once you order has been received and accepted, you will be sent a confirmation from the tour organizers. If the 1-km drives have been sold out you will be notified by e-mail. You are not confirmed without an official acknowledgement from the Goodyear Drive For Gold tour management.


Communication

Approx. 30 days prior to the date of your drive you will receive detailed instructions from the tour organizers:

1. Exact time of your drive

2. The exact route you will be travelling

3. Where you will be met to start your 1-km drive

4. Where you will be dropped off at the end of your 1-km drive

5. Who you can contact if there is a problem or question


Age

If you are registering for a child under 16 years of age and they do not want to travel on their own on the Zamboni, a parent or guardian may accompany them at no additional charge.


Waivers

All individuals boarding the Zamboni must sign a waiver. If the waiver is not signed, the person is not permitted on the vehicle. You will be asked to sign the paper upon checking in with the Goodyear Drive For Gold tour staff.
