Tuesday, November 30, 1999 Tugnutt not badly hurtKANATA, Ont. (CP) -- Senators goalie Ron Tugnutt found out his sore left knee, which forced him to pull himself from Sunday's game against the Flyers, wasn't as badly injured as he had feared. He'll be off skates for a few days, will be out of the lineup for as long as a week, and must resume the anti-inflammatory medication he had stopped taking a week ago. "(The ailing knee) is not too bad at all," Tugnutt told the Ottawa Citizen. "It's basically day-to-day. I don't know how long, but we're looking at days, not weeks." Defenceman Igor Kravchuk, who has been out with a knee injury since Oct. 31, received clearance to be involved in full practices and is scheduled to make his return on Saturday against the Stars. Daniel Alfredsson, out with a knee injury since Oct. 21, is expected back the following Saturday, Dec. 11, against the Islanders.
