Opponents of municipal mergers -- including several from Southwestern Ontario -- will take their protest to the streets today at a rally in Toronto. A noisy gathering of yellow T-shirts, the new group's symbol of solidarity, is expected to join taxfighters at the Ontario legislature to call for a reversal of forced mergers, Walt Spence of Ridgetown said yesterday.
