TORONTO -- Police have a warning for Canada's Internet service providers in the wake of the sex slaying of 10-year-old Holly Jones: It's just a matter of time before a major crackdown as investigators battle the scourge of child pornography. Providers have failed to police themselves voluntarily and only aggressive law enforcement will work, said Det. Sgt. Paul Gillespie of Toronto police's sex crimes unit.
