Michel Seguin, new top cop for the RCMP's Ontario division, is confident his "high respect" for the force will lead the London-based division out of a recent rocky period. Seguin was appointed the RCMP's provincial assistant commissioner last Wednesday, taking over the post from the retiring Bradley Holman -- whose conduct is the focus of an internal Mountie probe.
