Dogs barked in a London cathedral and cats wagged their tails at an outdoor service as two Christian congregations celebrated the nature-loving spirit of St. Francis of Assisi yesterday. The 12th-century saint's reverence for all of God's creatures was marked in animal blessing services at St. Paul's Cathedral and in Campbell Park on Dundas Street, where a temporary tent city highlighted London's homeless problem four years ago.
