Orchestra London opened its 2004-2005 season on a triumphant note, winning a five-minute standing ovation for its stellar performance of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. Last night's concert at Centennial Hall, before an audience of 1,300 classical music fans, marked the debut of the Orchestra London Philharmonic Choir, a partnership with London Pro Musica and the Amabile Choirs of London.
