Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley will wait and see if American and Canadian officials carry out a program to reduce lengthy truck lineups at Sarnia and Windsor border crossings or if a newly-announced program is more hollow rhetoric. Bradley was responding yesterday to a commitment by U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge and Canadian Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan to process 25 per cent more truck traffic at the two crossings within 12 months.
