2. SLAM! Wrestling, CANOE and the sponsors of this contest will not be responsible for your transportation to the event.
   
   
3. Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding Quebec** , who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of, or the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of CANOE.CA, Sony Music Canada, Famous Players Theatres or the WWE and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win. The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and municipal laws.
   
   
4. Limit of one online entry per person/dwelling/e-mail address per day. Any multiple entries on that day will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or licensing required. You must provide all necessary information in order for your entry to be eligible. We require your name, email address, and your postal code or your CANOE ID to enter. No responsibility is assumed by the contest partners for lost, late or misdirected, entries or for any computer online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the winner can not be notified or is ineligible an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be selected randomly.
   
   
5. Contest sponsors (CANOE.ca, Sony Music Canada, Famous Players Theatres) reserve the right to disqualify any person tempering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
   
   
6. All entries become the property of CANOE.ca and no correspondence will be entered into except with prize winner who will be notified by email/telephone/letter, etc. In order to win the selected entrant must first have correctly answered the skill testing question in the online entry form etc. Winner may be required to sign a standard form releasing CANOE.ca, and all contest sponsors, Sony Music Canada, Famous Players Theatres, from all liability relating to the prizes, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prizes as awarded. Prizes are as awarded, and cannot be transferred, exchanged nor refunded, and are not redeemable for cash. All prizing is strictly subject to availability and restrictions if there are any.
   
   
7. Prizing: A pair of tickets for each participating Famous Players' theatre which will be showing a screening of the 'Royal Rumble', as well as a copy of 'WWE Originals' CD to listen to before the event!.
   
   
8. If prizes are not claimed within 90 days of notification contest winner(s) will forfeit prizes.
   
   
9. All decisions of contest promoters are final. Contest sponsors reserve the right to change the prizing as required. Winners agree to allow the use of their name, voice and photo for promotional purposes.
   
   
10. By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.
    
    
11. Prizes will be mailed to the winners. CANOE.ca takes no responsibility for delays in the mail or failures of the post office to deliver the prize.
