    Toronto beats Rochester 2-1 in A-League soccer action

      ROCHESTER, N.Y. (CP) -- Francisco Dos Santos scored in the final minute of the first half and the Toronto Lynx held on to beat the Rochester Raging Rhinos 2-1 in A-League soccer action Saturday night.

      Juan Arango scored on a header off a hard right-wing cross from Dos Santos in the 33rd minute to give Toronto (1-0-1) the initial lead.

      Rochester (0-1-0) tied the game five minutes later on a header by Jimmy Glenn.

      Dos Santos scored on a header from eight metres just before the half.

      Toronto played the final eight minutes of the game with just 10 men after Dos Santos received his second yellow card of the match.

      Lynx goalkeeper Theo Zager made five saves for the win.

      Toronto next plays at home against Montreal on May 21.
