Korean World Cup team to go on tour in Europe
SEOUL (AP) -- South Korea will travel to Europe next month to play a series of friendly matches as a tune-up for this summer's World Cup finals.The 20-day tour will start in France April 6, when the South Koreans will play the first of two games with French professional clubs.
The squad then will move to Slovakia for a match with its national team April 15. It is to play Macedonia on April 18 and Yugoslavia four days later.
After the tune-up matches, South Korea is to announce a list of 22 players to go to France.
