TEMPE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Amanda Levens scored 11 of her 19
points during a 17-0 run bridging the halves as No. 25 Arizona
State cruised to a 62-42 victory over Delaware State. 

Levens began the run with a layup, making it 25-20 under a
minute before halftime.  She added seven free throws and a layup
as Arizona State (2-0) opened a 40-20 lead 4:17 into the second
half. 

Leah Combs capped the burst with a layup, and the Sun Devils led
by at least 10 points the rest of the way. 

Combs had seven points and eight rebounds off the bench for the
Sun Devils, who shot just 29.5 percent from the field (18-of-61)
but went 25-of-47 from the line.  Delaware State (0-2) was just
3-of-11. 

Terrana Pyfrom had 13 points for the Hornets, who shot 41
percent from the floor (19-of-46). 

Arizona State held a 55-33 rebounding advantage.
