Pop star Geri Halliwell stunned commuters when she took a trip on the London Underground this week to avoid the traffic on Britain's roads. The former Spice Girls star decided to use the public transport network after getting fed up of waiting in gridlocked traffic for two hours. Halliwell took to her Twitter.com page to post a series of pictures detailing her trip in the U.K. capital showing her posing on a train with a copy of the Financial Times newspaper. In a string of accompanying posts she writes, "Not so bad!... Loved it!! I'm a Londoner! I'm liberated!!... Forgive me for being a brat after 17 years & yesterday's 2 hrs of traffic - lets save time & money - the tube! (sic)"
