When are Irish eyes smiling?
Sunday’s St. Patrick’s Day parade in Dublin seems a good bet. I’ll know for sure when I’m streetside in the Irish capital.

As a guest of Tourism Ireland representing Sun Media, through next week, I’ll be checking out various venues the Emerald Isle is readying to welcome “home” some 70 million people worldwide who claim Irish heritage.
