At Sun Peaks ski resort this winter, it' all about the food.

Visitors will find three new eateries in the resort village near Kamloops, B.C.

Sun Peaks Bakery & Gelateria in Hearthstone Lodge is a great new place for desserts (including gluten free options), gelato, fresh bread and hearty takeout meals. The open kitchen allows customers to see bakers and chefs at work

Kamloops' favourite Oya Japanese Restaurant has also opened at Hearthstone Lodge. Offerings include freshly made maki, nigiri, sashimi and more.

Voyageur Bistro in Kookaburra Lodge is serving cuisine with a French-Canadian influence such as poutine, tourtiere and coq au vin. The restaurant is decorated with historical items from Canadian fur traders and early explorers, including three antique canoes.
