Las Vegas hotel offers all-you-can-eat caviar buffet

In the city of sin and excess, Las Vegas hotel the Bellagio is offering diners an all-you-can-you-eat caviar buffet.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, after piloting the caviar bar for a few weeks, the Bellagio hotel has decided to make the buffet a permanent fixture following a wildly popular run.

The station features a range of caviar, including black American sturgeon caviar, red flying fish tobiko caviar or salmon roe, for $38 (€29).

Unlike regular dinner buffets, meanwhile, diners aren't free to shovel indecent mountains of fish eggs onto their plates like they are chicken wings or overcooked pasta.

Instead, a 'chef attendant' is on hand to serve the caviar atop house-made blinis, buckwheat waffles, freshly rolled sushi and Ahi tuna cones.

Garnishes include chopped egg, onions and crème fraîche.

As pointed out by The Sun, the latest feature at the Bellagio is in response to competitors along The Strip like Caesars Palace and the Aria debuting a new or renovated buffet service.

The caviar buffet is available Friday and Saturday from 3:30 pm to 10 pm.
