In honor of European Heritage Days, the Google Cultural Institute is offering a virtual tour of the continent's historic legislative chambers.
The web exhibit, entitled "Come Enter the Chambers," invites users to browse through 42 parliamentary chambers located within the European Union. The collection consists of 160 photos, with captions available in both English and French.
Some sites, such as the Palais Bourbon in Paris, home to the French National Assembly, are even available in a 360° panoramic virtual tour through the Google Maps Street View feature.
Google's Cultural Institute allows internet users to explore museum collections and world heritage sites without leaving home. The platform recently added a 3D visualization of the Château de Versailles and the Eiffel Tower, among other monuments.
