Your User Name can be a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers. It may not contain spaces or any punctuation, except for the underscore (_) and minus sign (-). It should be 5 to 15 characters in length.
NOTE: Your Canoe ID is Upper/Lower case sensitive.
This means that the CanoeID 'myname' is NOT the SAME as 'MyName' or 'MYNAME'.

Your Password should be 5 to 10 characters in length, preferably a mix of letters and numbers, AND NOT something which would be easy for people to guess. (Bad choices include your birthdate, telephone number and easy to things guess like 'internet', 'password', 'keepout' and your name).
NOTE: Your Password is also Upper/Lower case sensitive.
This means that the password 'xyz123' is NOT the SAME as 'XYZ123' or 'xYz123'.
