He got hit around a bit by us but I though he had a pretty good arm. Did he quit or transfer? I know that he was one of their younger guys.

hes a spaz, he gets rattled easily, and hes not a very good pitcher, yeah he can throw hard, but sorry guys but that doesnt make you a good pitcher

PBL rosters don't have to be up for at least another month. How do you know he's not around? Has he been out to any Chiefs winter sessions?

Let's cut the kid some slack. He was a 15 year old rookie last year. He was facing some studly bats. Dennis must have seen something worth developing in him to put him on the team so young.

Ian and only a few other guys will have had four years PBL by the time they are 19. It will be interesting to see how they look then. Most guys get two or three years of this level of play at the most.

Message:
looks like no one is dissagreeing...i have seen the kid throw and he throws fairly decent but he can be flat at sometimes and he'll get ripped an then he loses it. I guess now he can dominate little league if thats where he is

so the latest i hear is that Watt is packing his stuff up and trying to play for the blaze.
i think the blaze would be stupid to take a zoo like Watt.

haha who do you think are, and have you seen ian watt pitch?
it is sure something else to watch, heck i have even had to opportunity to play on his team, and boy is it ever something else. the kid is like a fuse box, and once one of those wires cross then watch out cause hes gonna go nuts.

i can take a good guess as to who oompa is and if im right he should not be saying one word about Ian Watt and his abilities. Ian Watt is a very good pitcher for his age and he will be a dominant pitcher next year

RE: Ian Watt?

Message:
ian watt can get lit up but then again who doesnt.Everybody gets hit around the park once in awhile. You are right ian watt is a decent pitcher but this kid is quite something to watch, when he is losing or on the bench. he definately blows hos top way to often, he is a snap show. i am all for him with his abilitys but your abilitys can ony take you so far and then your maturity needs to come into place to really go places.

haha splitfinger, ian watt will be dominating where?, in big league for whalley, i hope he does well up there in big league, cause for all i know he isnt playing premier, correct me if im wrong. yeah ian can throw hard, but throwing hard doesnt make you a good pitcher, a pitcher has to have a head on their own shoulders, and has to be able to have full control of their own emotions. i want someone to tell me that ian watt is not a snap show, and give me(lets just say) 3 good reasons why.

His maturity needs to come into place??
The kid was 15 years old last year and i think he did pretty damn good for a 15 year old. Yea he may snap sometimes but he will learn to deal with it and he will be good

splitfinger, who will Watt be playing for, because i know it will not be the Fv cheifs, they dont want him back, so i just wanna know where he will be good. A kid can be good, but he may be sitting at home not playing for a whole season, so that defeats the whole purpose, and i have not heard of any teams that have had Watt out to practices. so with all the knowledge i can scrape up, it seems he will still be playing for whalley this year. be that a good thing or a bad thing.(splitfinger)says he is so amazing so all the premier teams should be jumping at him, right?

If you could read, I said he WILL be good..he is still developing...why do you dislike this kid so much...is it because he was better than you when he played on your team...I think thats the reason

hahaahahahahaha this is definately not an issue of jelousy. i dont pitch, so i have no worries of him being better than me, plus i trust in my own ability and dont worry about how good or bad my opposing players are.
this post just made me spout off because ian watt is so over-rated and has been for literally ever.
oh ian watt this and ian watt that, well guess what, the kid is not THAT good.
