BTW............it's the leafs inability to win that's keeping them deadlast.......not the few wins put together by the habs...

Did it deserve one?...Nope! Why?...I wasn't gonna try to justify the difference between the loofs' "loser" points, and MTL's victories either in the OT or shootout with a Self-Abuser loofer fan-type. If the league wants to stay credible with their puny little OT period, then drop the loser point. Give the 2 points to the winners. They didn't want tied games, so why continue giving out the "loser" point.
Gimmick is your choice of words because it involves your pathetic blue velveted white homos. In most circles, it is simply known as the "loser" point... Of which, I'll remind you again, that your septic-tank bottom dwelling team has 5 or 6 of. Imagine...Your pathetic team would only have 8 lonely points to their name so far.
Now, that's not even funny, but I can't help it!

What I'm saying is that if the NHL wants no tied games, then they should get rid of the "loser" point. If you lose, tough! If you win, you earn two points. Another "loser" point for the loofs, last night...What a crock!!!

The only "credible" hockey being played is 5-on-5. So... there is no problem in essentially declaring a tie game after the 5-on-5 is done, and giving 1 point each.
Anything that happens after that in the gimmicky 4-on-4 or shootout, is a bonus point. There is no real win. One team tied... and one team tied plus got a bonus point.
And i couldnt care less if the Leafs were first or last in bonus points. If the NHL wants to reflect the standings more accurately, theyll start giving out 3 points for a real good ol fashioned 5-on-5 win.

houseleague coaches and parents would be complaining to the "volunteer convenor" over this flawed system..........and the NHL implements it. lol!

How The Habs continue to pick up points and make it abouve .500 is beyond me. Watching the game last night bloody hell made my GERD act up. Other than Camalleri (and more recently Price), they are absolutely horrific to watch. They may have more points than the Laffs but don't fool yourself into thinking they are any better skill wise. Because it just aint so.
