Persistent rumours say that Price is on the trading block and being actively shopped around.
So its obvious if no deal is done, he is worthless as obviously nobody wants him.

evan, you have some nerve making this statement. The Habs lose to the defending SC champs and the makebeleafs lose to a team that didn't make the playoffs last season. Even for you, this is truly pathetic.

It's about what I expected Evans. Clearly all but a few teams are in the class of the Penguins right now. And The Habs are not one of them.
I can only surmise that The Habs were looking too far forward in anticipation of their Saturday night tilt against the Laffs ... and simply forgot to play the game at hand.
Hopefully they can keep it closer against the Hawks tomorrow night.
BTW ... how did your shat stain of a team do last night against the Stars (a team who had a losing record heading into the night)? Never mind, I'm pretty sure we can all guess correctly on that one. HAAAAHAAAAA!

waiting are you? Pens are the best team in the league ...... habs were on a 4 game winning streak......I didn't expect them to win but a 6-1 thrashing on the scoreboard was not expected either. Too much Crosby.....3 goals and could have had 6!
notice last Saturday when the Hans beat the Rangers and loafs lost to Leafs, not only were you not waiting......you were nowhere to be seen.
Well since you asked about Cammy.....he got a hatrick that night, game winner in over time and was the NHL player of the week.
how the laffs do in Dallas..........their one game winning streak over. Has Kommy woke up yet......Morrow put him through the boards and into the second row.....he staggered to the bench and made it back on the ice to watch Neal score the winner............just another day at the office for Kommy.
Bergeron you ask?..........tied with your hero Kabby in goals. ( ;
Update:
Habs 12
Laffs 4

"so it obvious"............well Ram if they ask him to write a list of 10 teams he's prefer to play for, shop him to those 10 teams, then shop him around the league for two years..............and their are no takers............then yes I'll agree with you that nobody wants him.

But bet welcher... im just using the same criteria everyone else applied to Kabby. You see, BB said countless times he was not actively shopping or trying to trade him, and would prefer him in the lineup. Yet the media went on and on about it.
Fair is fair. Price is now on the trade block and being shopped around by Gainey according to the media. We will soon see his true value.

"BB said he was not actively shopping him".....what you need to add that Ram is "anymore"....... It was BB who told the media that he asked Kabby for the list of 10 teams he's prefer to go to.
You are right Ram........BB also said that "Kabby is not being shopped around" .............what he didn't add was "now that we have found there is no interest"

All good GMs keep their options open. Anaheim did the same "list" thing with JS Giguere, yet they werent actively shopping him at all. Just keeping the door open in case someone approached with an offer too good to refuse.
BB also publically set Kabby's price ridiculously high. If he wanted to move him... he would have done the same as he did with Antropov, Moore, Pogge etc.

I watched the 1st period, and then left. It was totally obvious that "Nemo" came to swim in the shark tank. Some Mtl players gave up after the 2nd Pens' goal and I heard that Coach Martin wasn't in a very good mood at the team's practice today. Some got his way of thinking at a higher tone of voice than usual. Good!...MArtin still needs someone else instead of Gainey to back him up. Andrei K, Spotcheck, Gill...These guys would be on the next train out of town if it was up to me.

The "b.s" about Price being on the trade block is pure fabrication from jealous loofers. All this kid needs is just better working ethics during practices, and instilled with some swift and hard kicks in the arse, if need be. Kick that lazy "heritage half" out of him. That's all he needs.

Jason Blake - 4.5 million.
36 years old. ONE goal in 10 games. MINUS 5.
Mike Komisarik - 4.5 million
ZERO goals. ZERO assists. ZERO points in 10 games
MINUS 6. 2 own goals already this year.
Francois Beauchemin - 4.2 million
1 goal, 2 assists - 3 points in 10 games.
MINUS 6
That's a bunch of pretty bad contracts.
