Robbie fights back

Robbie Williams isn't taking insults from the Gallagher brothers well.

The UK pop star was dismissed as a "fat dancer" by Noel Gallagher (Oasis) earlier this week. Williams responded to the insult by sending Gallagher a funeral wreath, with a note that read: "R.I.P. Heard your latest album - with deepest sympathy, Robbie Williams," Q Online reports.

Williams sent the flower arrangement to The English Sun, the same paper that first reported Gallagher's insults. The Sun then passed the flowers on to Gallagher.

Williams claimed he bought a bootleg copy of Oasis' new album, "Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants" and was less than impressed.

"Noel's run out of other people's ideas," Williams told The Sun.

Williams' nasty note may be excused considering the insults both Liam and Noel have been handing out to him.

"I wouldn't even consider him to be a friend of mine," Noel Gallagher said in an earlier interview. "Why? Because he was in Take That! He's a fat dancer from Take That."

Liam Gallagher apparently didn't want to be left out, adding "Robbie's music's rubbish".

The Sun is currently running a poll to see if more people are on Williams' side or backing Oasis.
