Bizchat is an interactive talk show on the web.
Our guests for this
show will be
business people who have grabbed the brass ring and created a profitable
business. The host will interview our guest, and then the guest
will answer e-mailed questions. For those who miss the
interview, it will be archived on our Canoe website, Bizchat.
This interactive format takes advantage of the Web's connectivity.
Traditional media such as television, newspapers and radio are one
dimensional.
They allow the reader, viewer, and listeners only to learn from the
interviewer's perspective. In this new economy information is what
creates
successful businesses. Bizchat allows participants to ask a guest how
they
created their successful enterprise and what advice they would offer
people
to emulate their success.
Hosted by Mary Donohue, National Post columnist and author of E-commerce
Made Easy, the chats will encourage Canadians to emulate each other's
successes and share tips and techniques that will help build a
successful
business.
