This October 6-12th, the World Cycling Championships will be visiting Hamilton attracting over 250, 000 people. Aside from the exciting races that will be taking place, there will be an "Expo Village" where vendors may come and set up a booth/tent to sell or display their products/services. We are looking forward to having you be a part of this exciting Expo Village in October. This packet will hopefully start to familiarize you with the event and what to expect.

SET UP DATE: Monday October 6 (unless alternate arrangements are made)

SET UP TIME: Between 2:00pm and 8:00 pm. If you are not going to be able to arrive between those times, please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.

CHECK IN LOCATION: Please enter the expo area from the west off of Bay St. or from the East off of Jackson St.

EXPO HOURS FOR THE WEEK (however set-up time is still the same as above):

Tuesday October 7th - 10AM - 5PM
Wednesday October 8th - 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday October 9th - Noon - 5 PM (afternoon race only)
Friday October 10th - 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
Saturday October 11th - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Sunday October 12th - 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM

CREDENTIALS: You will receive your passes for your workers when you arrive on-site. If you would like to make alternative arrangements, please contact our office. You will also receive a pass for your vehicle. This will allow you to enter the expo area with your vehicle each morning (before road closures) for set up (if required).

SECURITY: The expo area will have overnight site security in effect from Monday October 6-Sunday October 12th. This is general area security; not "booth specific" and as a result we do not recommend that you leave valuables in your exhibit space overnight.

PARKING: There is no parking in the expo area itself. There are several paid parking areas nearby both to the east and west of the expo. All vendors will be given an opportunity to load/unload on site and then will be required to move their vehicles to a parking area.

PAYMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE: Payment for all exhibit spaces is due in full prior to the set up. Vendors will not be permitted to move into the expo area without receipt of payment in full.
