INTRODUCTION

And the winner is Gore, no Bush - oh we can't decide. We read and we read and read some more. We received more than 2100 reasons why fans of The Hip should be our delegates at the upcoming "Evening With" shows.

Our editorial team -- Ross Walton, JAM! Online Editor John Williams and Executive Producer JAM!, John Sakamoto were continually amazed by the articulation, passion and the variety of responses to this contest.

This was hard! It's hard to pick just one person per show. We picked people who made us laugh, who needed a night out, who are self-proclaimed video experts, who are great writers or great beggars. We think we have a great crew of reporter/videographers who will deliver to the world, passionate and insightful reporting at every stop on The Tragically Hip tour.

So, congratulations to our winners and thanks to everyone who entered.

Help!: After the show at Enmax Centre in Lethbridge on November 25th a Jerry Jones electric sitar went missing. If you know where it is or think you may have seen it anywhere [still at the Enmax, houses, shops, Ebay] please let The Hip know via email - tth@thehip.com. No questions asked if returned. Reward. Sitar description - red, six string + 16-string harp, pebbled rough surface, oval shaped body and the pick guards are clear and elevated off the body. The black carrying case has silver latches and is too big for the sitar.
