OTTAWA -- Prime Minister Paul Martin is promising Canadians a new genre of reality television this fall, when first ministers' health talks are opened to the public and media for the first time. Martin has scheduled three days of talks with the premiers, starting Sept. 13 in Ottawa, to produce the medicare "fix for a generation" he promised in the election campaign.
