Pickard decides not to run again

Veteran Liberal MP Jerry Pickard says he won't run again, citing health reasons for not seeking re-election. Pickard, 64, MP for Chatham-Kent-Essex, said complications from a 1992 heart bypass prompted him to decide to step down when the minority Parliament ends.
