HAMILTON -- The Queen's University rowing team has been awarded the men's Ontario University Athletics title because Brock University was disqualified from two races after disclosing it used an ineligible oarsman during the annual championships in London in October. Clifford Scott's participation in a winning Brock eight violated a rule that states student athletes are eligible to compete "provided they are registered as full-time by the academic regulations of their respective institution."
