    Netherlands' Ritsma, Germany's Pechstein take titles

     HELSINKI, Finland (AP) -- Rintje Ritsma of the Netherlands won his third men's European Speedskating Championship all-around title Sunday.
     He placed second in the 10,000 metres after winning the 1,500 and 5,000 earlier, and finishing second in the 500.
     Ritsma, the two-time world all-around champion, finished with 161.335 points. Roberto Sighel of Italy, the 1992 world champion, took the silver medal with 164.477 points and Vadim Sayutin of Russia was third with 164.882.
     Claudia Pechstein of Germany took the women's title by winning the 5,000 for her third victory in four races. She finished with 172.818 points to 173.904 for runner-up Anni Friesinger, also of Germany.
