Adam Nott had to go through numerous hurdles to meet some WWF Superstars and score ringside seats for RAW is WAR in Toronto.

First, he had to enter a Toronto Sun contest.

The 17-year-old from Oshawa thought nothing more about it until friends at his school, Paul Dwyer High School, told him they had seen his name in the paper.

Nott called home and had his mom call the Sun.

Then he recalled that there was another Adam Nott in Oshawa, and called again.

And so he finally realized that he was the grand prize winner.

At SkyDome Monday night, he and good friend Adam Aucoin, 16, went backstage hours before RAW began to meet a couple of home-grown WWF heroes.

The wrestlers at the meet and greet were Edge (Adam Copeland) and Val Venis (Sean Morley).

The two mat stars were more than accommodating to their young fans, and joked between themselves. At one point, Edge said that Venis was taking up too much space with his autographs.

Nott described Edge as "tall, big" but a "nice guy though. He did't mind coming in and signing autographs for us."

Venis was "great" and was "nice also."

Both wrestlers signed the special Toronto Sun-RAW t-shirts (less than 40 made!) and autographs for other friends of Adam & Adam, before the two winners headed to their ringside seats for the action.
