Helen Hart on the mend

Helen Hart opened her eyes yesterday to a whole lot of smiles from her family.
The 76-year-old matriarch of Calgary's royal wrestling family was hospitalized last Friday
when she went into what doctors believe to be a diabetic coma until yesterday.
"It's a happy occasion. She opened her eyes and is responding to family, squeezing your hand,"
son Keith Hart said.
Numerous tests show Helen has suffered no brain damage, but she is on dialysis and closely
watched by medical experts.
"Doctors are still cautious. Diabetes is such an insidious disease," Keith said.
"We just want to thank all the people for their support and sympathy. We can't say enough about
the ICU team."
