If you've always wanted to get behind the door at the Prime Minister's Office, now you can.
Google staff were permitted in the PMO, the office of the leader of the Opposition, the Opposition meeting room, the Memorial Chamber and the Peace Tower's observation deck. The behind-the-scenes spots were photographed for Google Map's Street View feature.
Google photographed the spaces in July.
Images taken inside the PMO show photos hanging on the wall of Prime Minister Stephen Harper with his family, a large portrait of Sir Wilfrid Laurier, and a coffee mug featuring The Beatles on the desk.
In NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair's office, a bowl of oranges sits on the desk. The photos also reveal a secret door.
"We hope that these landmarks of Canadian politics, culture and history offer people from around the world a few more reasons to virtually visit the heart of Canada's democracy," Aaron Brindle of Google Canada wrote in a blog post.
