The 2014 Lole White Tour is once again bringing "the art of yoga" to five of the world's most celebrated museums.
Lole is a Canadian lifestyle and activewear brand, with its tour hitting Toronto, New York, Barcelona, Edmonton and Montreal. Each event will provide participants with a "unique body and soul experience" led by prominent yoga teachers and feature the beautiful music of local orchestras. The 2013 tour attracted over 10,000 yoga enthusiasts from around the world.
"The five prestigious museum locations -- each one selected for its unparalleled space and atmosphere -- will be transformed to provide the serenity of a yoga studio while accommodating between 500 and 1000 guests, for a yoga experience unlike anything else," says Nathalie Binda, VP Marketing, Lole.
Participants get to practice their favorite yoga poses with the help of renowned instructors while dressed completely in white, as white is the color associated with peace. "This powerful collective presentation expresses the tour's mission to promote peace and unity," Binda added.
Tickets are $25, and while the museum spaces are sizable, purchasing tickets in advance is recommended. The ticket price includes the signature Lole yoga mat, which participants receive as souvenirs. All proceeds from the tour will benefit wellness programs that encourage an active lifestyle in communities the tour visits.
