Missing Game of Thrones already?

Season 5 is still 10 months away but you can fill that hole in your heart with a trip to the locations that play Westeros and Essos on TV.

The Game of Thrones Vacation Planner created by Hopper helps you plan your trip and find the cheapest way to get there.

Plug in your departure city, and using algorithms already developed for Hopper, the tool gives you the most current prices for each destination.

If you want to know the best way to show your devotion to Jon Snow, the tool allows you to filter the results by house.

Those on Team Targaryen wanting to help poor Daenerys find her lost dragon can narrow their search even more by season. (You always find lost dragons in the last place you look.)

Once you’ve chosen your destination, whether it’s Croatia’s King’s Landing or Morocco’s Astapor, the tool doesn’t leave you hanging. Hopper has aggregated content from blogs to help you learn more about the locations.

Patrick Surry, chief data scientist for the Boston and Montreal-based travel planning site, said the tool was created from their own lament for the end of Season 4.

“We’re all Game of Thrones fans and we talk about it every Tuesday,” Surry said, noting the office code on avoiding spoilers for those who didn’t get a chance to watch Sunday night.

“We looked in the system and found we already had a lot of this content.”

With the continual feeds from airlines and travel sites, Surry says you’ll have the most current information on flight prices whether you’re using the tool today, tomorrow or 10 months from now.

Hopper uses that same technology to generate other timely data-driven articles. From the most blogged about Donut places to the cheapest way to visit all 30 Major League ballparks, Hopper has a little something for everyone.

And if you’re unsure of what you want to do for vacation, simply type in your departure city Hopper’s flights feed and watch the ideas flow onto your screen.
